One of the things that I have always loved about running, is that to get better it is actually really simple. Run consistently and you will get faster. Sounds super simple, but in reality showing up day in and day out over the last 10 years was not easy. Although frought with challenges, running has given me experiences and relationships that transcend any time or result that I have achieved. So, I write this to share my story but also for myself. I will try my best to articulate and share what the last 10 years have been like. Thank you to everyone in my corner. It is never a one man team, but truly a village.

Continue writing here. Each paragraph is spaced for easy scanning. The column width is capped at 720 pixels — the sweet spot for readability — so lines don't stretch too wide on large screens.

A Section Heading

Use <h2> tags to break your article into major sections. They render in the serif typeface to create visual contrast with the body text.

Pull quotes or important passages can be highlighted like this. They add visual rhythm and give readers a reason to pause.

You can also include images, code blocks, and lists. The styles are all baked in — just write your HTML naturally and the design handles the rest.

A Smaller Subheading

These work well for breaking down sections further. They use the sans-serif font in uppercase to differentiate from the larger serif headings.

That's the structure. Replace this placeholder content with your article, adjust the title and date above, and you're ready to publish.
